Complaints and Returns
You have the right to return, exchange, or make a complaint about the product, but only if the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent, showing no signs of use, along with its packaging and tags. To make a return, please fill out the online form below. After submitting the form, send the return package to us.

You can easily return the product via DPD courier or DPD Pickup (12.99 PLN). The corresponding amount will be deducted when the refund is issued.
We are not responsible for return shipments sent via the Polish Post. Such packages may not be delivered to us.
Exchange
If the purchased product is the wrong size, you can easily exchange it for another. Fill out the online form below, indicate that you want to make an exchange, and provide the correct size. Then submit the form and send the package to us free of charge using the link below. Once we receive the return, we will promptly send your correct size as a priority!
